MY LORD

Leads me in thy garden of love
And tend me with thy great strength
Cultivate me in thy own understanding
To obey I have inclined to
Shower me with thy benediction from dawn to sunset
In thy divine majesty surround me like waters doeth to the earth
Watch over my footstep and create a path for me to stroll
Bind my hands with a cord of charity
And grant my mouth a word of encouragement
Restore thy natural insanity in me
And guide my heart to thy gracious will
In times of sunshine allow my spirit to bask in thy goodness
In seasons of long and short rains teach me how to give thee thanks and appreciate
When the clouds turn dark and my ways turn zigzag holds me in thy magnificent light
Permit thy spirit to discern and speak to my soul
When I sleep cover me with thy gown of eternity
And shepherd me in the land of the living
Turn my dreams into reality and reality into thy expectations
Even when the winds blow hard and about to sweep me off the feet
Hold thy words and defend my cause
In times of need let me stretch my hands to thy kingdom
And in thy mercy command thy great nature to replenish my hope
My enemies in thy golden rule I regard them more in your way
Let my soul cry for thy wonderful eternity
And my heart quiver with joy for thy restoration
My mind as it thinketh it long for thy instructions
When the wonders of men take an outlook lead let my eyes see thy glory
In the beginning thy power ruled and unto thee I release myself
In thy visible and invisible eyes thy have seen my regressions
In His quickest rescue ability thy have snatch me from my devourer
In the midst of my transgression He has chastise me
I will delight in His divine intervention
For the Lord has delivered me from my ignorance
My Lord have heard my plea and plight
The wise find their character in Him and their words brings hope
Fools in their haste the Lord shall vitiate their furious
And vindicate on my behalf
Upon seeing the wicked annihilating the righteous my mouth goes dry
Lord I bow in your majestic eternity and beseech for thy favor
Thy throne is covered with righteous with thy robe waving in holiness
When the wind blows I feel thy good nature
He turns air into a thread of mist.
Above our heads and high above a roof of precipitation reigns
Who can describe and ascribe to His glory?
I crawl under thy feet seeking for thy restoration
In the midst of the warfare you have broken the foe's arrows
The enemies have fainted in thy wise pursue
They have sought refugee in caves, there they have suffocated
Who can hide from thy vengeance?
My lord supersedes all and surpasses everything.
